What is your Exchange/Return Policy?Updated 4 months ago

Sometimes, things just don’t work out. It happens! 

You can return any item except for Final Sale items, Underwear (excluding Bras), and Bodysuits, within 30 days of the delivery. The item must be unused and presented in its original condition and undamaged packaging. Only unopened Underwear can be sent back for an exchange/return. 

For hygienic reasons, it is against the law to exchange or refund opened Underwear/Bodysuits, except in the case of a faulty garment, in which case our Community Happiness Team will help assist in sending a replacement to you free of charge. 

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty. We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the category page, as well as on the product page.
