My order is missing/taking longer than expected, what should I do?Updated a month ago

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, they will be your primary source for updates and estimated delivery times. 

We highly recommend signing up for notifications through the provided tracking page, as it will allow you to stay informed about the progress of your order. 

It is important to keep in mind that carriers deal with a significant number of parcels, which may result in delays. 

If you haven’t received any tracking updates within 5 business days after your order has been dispatched, please contact our Community Happiness Team so that we can investigate the matter further with the courier on your behalf.
