I returned my order, how long does it take for my exchange/return to be processed?Updated 4 months ago
Returns are processed once we receive your email telling us your parcel is en route.
Please be aware that only exchanges and returns submitted through our Portal will be processed.
If you have returned your order without submitting a request or notifying us that your return has been posted, please contact our Community Happiness Team. Kindly provide us with the below
- Tracking number
- Address to which the return was sent
- Details of the item(s) returned - quantity, style, color, and size (ie. Padded Shaper Crop Bra - Black / M)
- Details of the item(s) you wish to exchange for, or receive a refund/store credit
